‘On-Demand’ products typically take 1-2 weeks to process for. Last but not least, a product is deemed a “Custom Order” if it requires any kind of modification or is not in GemsBiz’s normal size. ‘Custom Orders’ processing time is contingent upon order amount and other variables.

The complete order will be shipped together if it contains items from both the “On-Demand” and other categories, resulting in the maximum processing time as previously stated.
