To start a return, please ship the item back to us in its original condition with all packaging, literature, and certificates, if applicable. Make sure to postmark the item within 90 days of purchase and get a tracking number from your courier service to ensure safe delivery. Remember to keep all important information, including the tracking number, for your records.

Once your returned item is received and verified to comply with our return policy, a prompt refund of the purchase price will be issued (excluding shipping fees; special order items are non-refundable).
